Solid wood cedar lattice braced soundboard, Madagascar rosewood back and sides, Rodgers tuners with black horn buttons, 20th fret, 650 mm scale, 52 mm nut width, 22 mm raised fingerboard, 12 hole tieblock, compensated nut and saddle, fret markers at V, VII, XVII; french polished finish, matching wheat motif in rosette and headstock, near mint condition. Initially acquired by our shop directly from Byers and sold to the sole owner who kept it in immaculate shape. All the characteristics of Byers’ mature expertise are present: terrific projection, balance, clarity, a gorgeous warm tone, and beautiful workmanship. According to his website, a guitar with these woods, and Rodgers tuners would be $12,800 today.
